Interaction Flow

Step-by-Step Guide

Business Discussion

Communicate with our business team to discuss cooperation terms and select the services and products you need to integrate. See: Merchant Cooperation Portal.

Account Registration

After confirming the integration with PayLoco, register your account automatically. Go to the Registration Portal, submit the required materials, and wait for system review.

Environment Setup

Please complete testing in the sandbox environment first. Once done, provide one successful transaction and one failed transaction to the technical support team in the integration group to activate the production environment.

Sandbox Environment

  1. Log in to the Developer Portal.
  2. Add an acquiring payment method (submit KYB materials).

Production Environment

After the production environment is activated, please reconfigure the public key and callback URL for the production environment in the Merchant Dashboard and obtain the relevant development credentials.

Technical Testing

  1. Our business team will create an integration group to facilitate technical onboarding.
  2. After testing is complete, initiate one successful transaction and one failed transaction in the sandbox environment, and share them in the integration group to complete the production environment activation.
For products such as collections, payouts, token payments, and payment links — once you receive a response from PayLoco, regardless of whether the order is successful or failed, please respond with:
{"message":"Success","code":"00000000"}
For details, refer to the Payment Result Notification section.

Ongoing Maintenance

Once the integration phase is complete, monitor transactions and perform regular maintenance as needed.
